Refund & Cancellation Policy
What happens when you cancel, and what we do and do not refund.
Subscription fees paid to 365LabPro are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, but part-used or unused time is not refunded. The first 6 months are free, so you can evaluate the software fully before any money changes hands.
The free period comes first
365LabPro is free for your first 6 months, with no card required to start. Nothing is charged during that period and nothing is owed if you stop using it. This exists precisely so that the decision to pay is made after you have run your laboratory on the software, not before.
Cancelling a paid subscription
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@365labpro.com or on +91 73111 69992 . Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until then the software continues to work normally.
We do not refund the remainder of a billing period that has already started, and we do not pro-rate. If you cancel on day two of a month you have paid for, you keep access for the rest of that month rather than receiving money back.
Payments that are refunded
Non-refundable is not the same as never. We will refund where we have charged in error:
- A duplicate charge for the same billing period.
- An amount charged after you had already cancelled in writing.
- A charge taken for a plan you did not select.
- A failed or unauthorised transaction that still debited your account.
Raise these with us within 30 days of the charge appearing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
Your data when you leave
Your patient records, bills and reports remain yours. Before your access ends you can export your data from within the application. We recommend doing this before the final day of your paid period rather than after.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the version in force is the one published here on the date your payment is taken. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your account.
