Register
The patient gets a lab-unique UHID. Search by phone, name or UHID on a repeat visit so you reuse the record instead of creating a duplicate.

Each billed test gets a barcode and a colour-coded sample type, so collection staff draw into the right tube.

Values are checked against the configured reference range for that patient's age and sex, and flagged high or low.

Only a user with approval rights can release a result. Nothing reaches a patient before a qualified person signs it off.

The PDF renders on your letterhead and goes out by WhatsApp, SMS or email through a time-limited signed link.
Reference ranges that account for the patient
A haemoglobin value that is normal for an adult man is not normal for a six-year-old. Ranges can be set per test parameter and resolved by age and sex, so the high and low flags on the report mean something. Qualitative results — Negative, Non-Reactive — are handled as well as numeric ones.
A test catalogue you do not have to type in
New labs start with a catalogue of common Indian pathology tests already loaded, with parameters, units and reference ranges. Set your own prices from there. Re-syncing later adds anything new without touching a price you have edited.
Reports a pathologist is willing to sign
Reports group by department, carry your logo and theme colour, and can include a footer disclaimer. Four cover designs are available. Generation happens in the background so a busy reception is never left waiting on a PDF.
An AI draft, never an AI diagnosis
Where enabled, the software can draft interpretation text for a report. It is a draft. A pathologist reads it, edits it and approves it before it goes anywhere, and the software does not diagnose.
