Higher plan amounts are available in the app for laboratories that want to support the product at a higher rate, but they unlock nothing extra today — so the honest advice is to stay on ₹500 unless we tell you otherwise.
What we do not charge for, because it does not exist yet
Analyser and instrument interfacing, multi-branch consolidation, a public API and a patient portal are not built. Other vendors sell these as paid add-ons; we are not going to take money for something we cannot deliver. If one of them is essential to your laboratory, say so on a call and we will tell you honestly whether to wait or look elsewhere.
