Walk-in patients, a referring hospital, a TPA panel and a collection centre rarely pay the same price for the same test. Rate lists let the price follow the client rather than being remembered and re-typed at the counter.
Referral sources of every kind
Doctors, hospitals, second referrals, TPAs, government panels and phlebotomists are all tracked, each with its own commission rate. The revenue split by referral source is on the dashboard, so you can see which relationships actually pay.
Outsourcing with the margin visible
Route a billed test to a partner lab at its cost price, track it to receipt, and see the difference between what you paid and what the patient was billed. Outsourced work stops being the part of the P&L nobody can explain.
Departments and report grouping
Tests belong to departments — haematology, biochemistry, serology and the rest — and reports group accordingly, so a multi-test bill produces one coherent document rather than a stack.
Honest limits for a growing centre
If you are running several branches under one brand, note that each account currently represents one laboratory: there is no cross-branch consolidation yet. Analyser interfacing is not supported either. Both matter at scale, and neither is built today.
