Pathology reporting
Enter a value and it is checked against the reference range for that parameter — sex- and age-specific where you have configured one. Out-of-range results are flagged H or L on the printed report.
On AI: 365LabPro can draft an interpretation from a panel's abnormal results to save typing. It is a draft for the reporting pathologist to review and edit — it never diagnoses, and nothing reaches a patient without approval.
| Parameter | Result | Flag | Unit | Reference |

Pathology lab management software is a digital system that helps a laboratory manage patient registration, test ordering, sample handling, result entry, report generation and billing from one central platform, replacing paper registers and spreadsheets with a single searchable record of every visit.
365LabPro is designed for a five-minute initial setup: create your account, add your lab details and logo, and sync the test catalogue. How long full configuration takes depends on how many tests you customise and whether you import existing data.
365LabPro is free for your first six months, with no card required to start. After the trial you move to a paid monthly plan to keep using the software. Your data stays yours and remains exportable throughout.
Yes. 365LabPro is cloud-based and runs in a web browser, so reception, the bench and the reporting pathologist can work from any computer with an internet connection. There is nothing to install on individual machines.
Yes. Enter results against each test parameter and 365LabPro checks them against the configured reference range, flags high and low values, and produces a print-ready PDF report using your lab letterhead once a pathologist approves it.
No. 365LabPro runs entirely in the browser, so there is no desktop installation, no server to buy and no engineer visit. You need a computer, a printer for hard copies and an internet connection.
